Hi, I'm Emma

I’m Emma, a certified Personal Trainer and it is my mission to help women transform their body confidence. No gimmicks, no restrictive diets, no relentless exercise and definitely no daily weigh-ins. 

 

But no overnight success stories either.  This is sustainable change, for real results. Because this isn’t just about losing pounds on the scales. This is about Building Body Confidence.

Personal training 

My personal training programmes are ideal for women looking for that dedicated support when it comes to your health and wellbeing. These are programmes built for you, your fitness levels and your goals.

We focus on building strength, improving mobility and increasing fitness levels through a combination of resistance and conditioning exercise. Training that not only leaves you feeling empowered, but helps you live, feel and move better every day.

On Demand

My online classes provide accessible fitness for everyone in the comfort of their own homes. We are building a community of like-minded women who want to workout, feel great and have some fun whilst they do it!

 

There is something in here for everyone, from beginners to advanced, from bodyweight to strength training. Every class is different and progressive, taking you on a journey that is going to see you grow in body and mind.
